Service Fee Refunds

Our service fees cover the professional assistance, document preparation, and application support we provide. These fees are separate from government visa application fees.

Refund Eligibility

• Before Application Submission: Full refund of service fees if you cancel before we submit your application to the relevant authorities
• After Application Submission: Service fees are non-refundable once your application has been submitted to the relevant authorities
• Visa Rejection: Service fees are non-refundable in case of visa rejection by the authorities, as we have already provided the agreed-upon services
• Processing Delays: Service fees are non-refundable due to processing delays by government authorities, as these are beyond our control

Timeline Guarantee & Refunds

Visa Easy International offers refunds for service delays beyond our promised timelines, subject to our clear Terms & Conditions. Our commitment to timely service delivery is backed by our Triple Assurance Guarantee:

• Assurance 1: Clear Timeline Commitment - We provide specific processing time estimates for each visa type and destination
• Assurance 2: Proactive Delay Communication - We notify you immediately if any delays occur and provide revised timelines
• Assurance 3: Refund Eligibility for Service Delays - If we fail to meet our committed service timelines due to factors within our control, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund of our service fees

Terms & Conditions for Timeline Guarantee Refunds:

• Refund eligibility applies only to delays caused by Visa Easy Internationals service delivery, not government processing delays
• Delays must exceed our promised timeline by more than 5 business days to qualify
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delayed service completion
• Refund amount is proportional to the delay period and service impact
• Government fees are excluded from any refund considerations
• This guarantee does not apply to force majeure events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control

To claim under our Timeline Guarantee: Contact us with your application reference number, original timeline commitment, and details of the delay. We will provide graphics and detailed information about our guarantee program upon request.

Government Fee Refunds

Government visa application fees are paid directly to the relevant authorities and are subject to their refund policies. We have no control over government fee refunds.
